To delete your account, please follow the instructions provided below:
- Sign in to your Personal or Business account at https://heathrowdropoff.apcoa.com/
- Select the profile icon in top righthand corner of the page
- Select ‘Forget Me’
- Enter the email registered to your account and follow the on-screen instructions.
- A confirmation of your account closure will be sent to the email address registered on your account.
- Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
