To change your password, please follow the instructions below:
Visit https://www.heathrow.com/transport-and-directions/terminal-drop-off-charge
Select either a Personal or Business account.
Click on "Forgotten password?".
Enter your email address and request a verification code.
A verification code will be sent to the email address* associated with the account, once the code arrives in your inbox, enter the code into the field provided and click "Verify code".
You'll be prompted to enter your email address again and click "Continue".
You may be asked once more to confirm your email and click "Continue" again.
After this, you’ll be able to set a new password.
Please note: The verification code may be received to a separate inbox such as Junk or Spam.
