You can store one vehicle in a personal account, whilst a business account allows multiple vehicles to be stored.

To add or change a registered vehicle:

1. Visit https://heathrowdropoff.apcoa.com/.
2. Select “My Vehicles” (Personal Account) or “Manage Fleet” (Business Account).
3. If no vehicle is registered select “Add Vehicle” then enter your vehicle registration number to store a vehicle.
4. If a vehicle is already registered, select “Change Vehicle” to amend.

To remove a Vehicle:

1. Visit https://heathrowdropoff.apcoa.com/ 
2. Select “My Vehicles” (Personal Account) or “Manage Fleet” (Business Account).
3. Select “Delete” next to the vehicle you wish to remove.
