You have the option to create a personal account or a business account for Heathrow Airport Terminal Drop Off forecourts.

Personal Account – this allows one vehicle to be linked to an account.

Business Account – this allows multiple vehicles (up to 50,000) to be linked to an account. 

To register a personal/business account for Heathrow Airport Terminal Drop Off, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://heathrowdropoff.apcoa.com/  
2. Select “Sign In/Register” under Personal/Business Account
3. Select “Sign up now”
4. Enter your email address and select “Send Verification Code”
5. Retrieve the code from the email sent to you and enter into the field provided
6. Select “Verify Code”
7. Complete all mandatory information
8. Select “Create”

Setting up autopay  

Important: Autopay must be set up before visiting the Terminal Drop Off zone in order to automatically debit the payment card registered.

To set up your autopay for your personal/business account, please follow the steps below:

1. Select "Set up automatic payments"
2. Select "Add payment method"
3. Please ensure to read and understand the terms & conditons before acceptance.
4. Select "Continue"
5. Fill in all mandatory information on the "Payment details" screen
