To check your available credits, please follow the instructions below:
- Visit https://heathrowdropoff.apcoa.com/
- Log into your account
- Select “Manage Trips”
- Any available credits will be displayed
Important: Prepaid credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits after this period will expire.
You may purchase a maximum of 20 credits in one transaction. Credits are vehicle specific and cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
