If you're making a payment outside of the usual Terms and Conditions (which require payment by midnight the following day)
Here’s how we can help:
A Parking Charge will still be issued at the standard rate, but as long as you contact us within 7 days of your visit, our team will monitor the Parking Charge issuance. Please note that it can take up to 15 days for the Parking Charge to be generated. Once it appears on our system, we will reduce the amount to £6 and email you with clear instructions on how to make the payment.
Please note: Late payment requests cannot be considered beyond the 7-day timeframe for the Terminal Drop-Off charge. If more than 7 days have passed since your visit and no payment was made, a Parking Charge will be issued. At that stage, you will have the option to either pay the Parking Charge at the standard discounted rate of £40 or submit an appeal.
If your visit was within the last 7 days:
Please email LatePayment.heathrowdropoff@apcoa.com with:
- Your vehicle registration number
- The date of your visit
Once the Parking Charge has been generated, we will email you with instructions on how to make the £6.00 payment.
