A £7 charge applies at Heathrow every time a vehicle enters the terminal drop-off areas*. Drop-off areas are located right outside each terminal, making for the easiest and quickest way to drop-off passengers. If you are paying after using a drop-off zone, payment must be made by midnight on the next day.

Pre-payments can be made up to 12 months in advance via Heathrowdropoff.apcoa.com. These payments will then be applied as credit towards your next visit to the Heathrow terminal drop-off zone.

Important:  There is no option to pay at an airport ticket machine or in the terminal drop-off zones. Vehicles must not be left unattended in the terminal drop-off areas. Vehicles left unattended will be removed by the police.
If you enter a drop-off zone a second time, you will need to pay the charge again and every time after that.

The payment options available are:

Online

1. Visit https://heathrowdropoff.apcoa.com
2. Select “Pay for a recent or future drop-off”
3. Enter your vehicle registration number and select “Find my registration”
4. Check the vehicle details displayed are correct.
5. Please check that the registration number is correct before proceeding i.e. be careful not to mix up the letters 'I' and 'O' with the numbers '1' and '0'
6. When all vehicle details are correct, select "Confirm"
7. Complete all mandatory information.
8. Please ensure you read the terms & conditions before acceptance.
9. Select "Pay for your drop-off" to proceed to the payment details screen.

Please note:  If you have already visited the terminal drop-off zone and do not select the "Already Visited" option, the email confirmation you receive will indicate that the payment is for a future visit. Nonetheless, this payment will remain valid for visits made within the past 24 hours.

Pay by Telephone

To pay by phone, simply call the automated payment line at 0330 008 5600 with payment card details and vehicle registration number available.
